In SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 4.6, group membership removal fails with an exception if a user is set as assignee, a candidate, or a notification recipient in a user task for a Process Flow. The Process Flow must be associated with a context that has been logically deleted, but not permanently deleted. In other words, Process Flow still exists in Recycle Bin. The membership removal processing tries to clean up the Process Flow by removing the user from these locations, but fails because the path to the Process Flow is in the Recycle Bin.

The following actions fail due to this defect:

• Deactivate user which also removes group membership
• Membership removal on Organization
• Membership removal on Project
• Membership removal on Analysis
